Leone GTA respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on leonegta.com infringes your copyright, send us a DMCA notice and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

1. Our stance on leaks

We do not host, mirror, or link to leaked Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive materials, source code, or pre-release assets. If you spot any on our site, please tell us so we can remove it.

2. How to file a notice

Send the following in writing (email is fine) to our designated agent:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The URL(s) of the material you want removed.
Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you can submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
